With so many competing voices in today's gemstone and jewelry industry, finding the knowledge and expertise necessary to make an informed purchase is the key to obtaining peace of mind. That's why Moody's has several GIA-Certified gemologists on staff at our locations to answer any questions you might have in regard to gems and jewelry. When you shop with Moody's, we're simply not satisfied until you are!
No Hassle Return/Exchange
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Moody's purchase, simply return the item with a copy of your original invoice and a description of the cause of your dissatisfaction.
REFUND POLICY: 15 days. EXCHANGE CREDIT: Up to 30 days. Special and custom orders, damaged, sized or altered merchandise subject to 25-50% restocking fee. WATCHES: If worn, sized or altered are not eligible for refund or exchange. Warranty papers, manuals and other packing materials must be in pristine "new" conditions.
Jewelry purchased from our Estate Collection is refurbished and sold as-is.

Rock-Solid Warranty
In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect within one year after purchase (excluding normal wear), simply return your item(s) to the above address with a letter containing your return address and e-mail address if applicable. Please describe your situation and how you feel Moody's can help; you will be contacted promptly.
