REFUND POLICY: 15 days. EXCHANGE CREDIT: Up to 30 days. Special and custom orders, damaged, sized or altered merchandise subject to 25-50% restocking fee. WATCHES: If worn, sized or altered are not eligible for refund or exchange. Warranty papers, manuals and other packing materials must be in pristine "new" conditions.
